Before we begin, it is essential to note that Steam usually has two main criteria that you need to cover. First, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Second, the game you want to get a refund for has to be played for less than 2 hours.

How To Request A Refund | Step-By-Step Guide 

Step 1. Go to (help.steampowered.com) and log in with your Steam account. After you have successfully logged in your account, you can proceed to step 2. 

Step 2. From the given options, you have to find and click on Purchases.

Step 3. Find the purchase you would like to receive a refund for and click on it. 

Note: Unfortunately, if you are unable to find your purchase on the list, it means that the purchase is ineligible for a refund.
