How To Request A Refund | Step-By-Step Guide 

Step 1. Go to (help.steampowered.com) and log in with your Steam account. After you have successfully logged in your account, you can proceed to step 2. 

Step 2. From the given options, you have to find and click on Purchases.

Step 3. Find the purchase you would like to receive a refund for and click on it. 

Note: Unfortunately, if you are unable to find your purchase on the list, it means that the purchase is ineligible for a refund.

Step 4. Select the problem you are having with the product. You will have the following options to choose from:

  • Gameplay or a technical issue
